Office Policy Your first visit includes an initial consultation to gather your medical history, then your acupuncture treatment follows. Allow 1.5 hours for your first visit, and 1 hour for subsequent visits. If you need to change your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. With the exception of emergencies, late fees are charged for the full amount of the appointment. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you. Our office will gladly research your insurance benefits and bill directly, according to your plan. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered in the form of check, cash, or major credit card. (Returned checks will incur a bank fee.) Your medical records will be kept confidential and shared only with your authorization, to provide necessary care, or when required by law.
